The Book

Jeremy Pang’s Chinese Kitchen is a technique-first cookbook designed to help home cooks master authentic Chinese dishes with confidence.

Featuring over 80 recipes, the book is structured around core cooking methods including stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, braising and roasting, providing readers with the skills to recreate restaurant-quality dishes at home.


With a foreword by Ken Hom and endorsement from leading culinary voices, the book combines education, accessibility and authenticity.
